In the former imperial capital of Hue, we see life close-up on the Perfume River as we cruise to Emperor Ming Mang’s tomb and the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. (B / L / D)
We visit the massive Imperial Citadel and the tombs of Khai Dinh and Tu Duc, before travelling to Hoi An via the spectacular Hai Van Pass, stopping at the Cham museum and Marble Mountain on the way. (B / L / D)

Pack your snorkel and sunscreen for our boat trip to the aquarium and pristine beaches of Tam Island. Enjoy fresh seafood and a basket boat ride at Mieu Island, before a relaxing afternoon at the Thap Ba hot springs. Swim in hot springs, relax in a mud bath and then indulge in a revitalizing massage. After our flight, it’s on for lovers of French colonial architecture at Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall and the Central Post Office. Grab some bargains at the Ben Thanh market before we go to our hotel. (B / L / D)
Today, we go underground at the Cu Chi tunnels. Back in the city, the war theme continues at the War Remnants Museum and Reunifi cation Palace. The rest of your time is free. (B / L)
Boarding our boat at My Tho in the Mekong Delta, we spend the morning discovering daily life on these fertile river banks. With stops at orchards and bonsai gardens, a candy workshop and rice paper mill there are plenty of chances to taste these delicacies. Explore village life by bike or horse-drawn carriage before returning to city for our farewell dinner. (B / L / D)
