   • Passport information including passport number, place of passport issuance, passport issue date and passport expiration date.
   • Date of birth.
   • Travel preferences, such as preferred cities, date/time display preferences, flight seating and meal preferences, as well as others like frequent flyer numbers.

   • With your member travel profile stored in With U, you will enjoy convenience whenever you make travel reservations as you will not have to type the billing and delivery information repeatedly.

Tours and itineraries described in this brochure may have changed since it was published. Also changes in fares, prices and other changes in exchange rates may affect the price of particular tours and services. Make sure you carefully study the Booking Conditions and Responsibilities and ask With U Travel to check whether changes have occurred in the tour/services you want BEFORE YOU BOOK, after booking and when paying the balance.

Bookings & Purchases

With U Travel (herein called the operator) acts as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, travel insurances, cruise lines or owners of contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services available for purchase on this website. You understand that the purchase of any of our travel products and services constitutes a contract between you and/or the operator and/or its distributors. In some instances, With U Travel acts as a disclosed third party agent and the purchase of some travel products and services forms a contract directly between you and the distributor. Please seek assistance and clarification from our Sales Consultants with regards to the products that you are purchasing. In completing the purchase transaction, the Operator acknowledges that you adhere, accept and understand the stipulated terms and conditions of specific travel products or services. 

As indicated, the Operator may act as a third party agent and you will be subjected to their purchase terms and conditions including conditions of carriage, tariffs, refund & cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car hire and other travel products and services. The operator, subsidiary or affiliate company is not responsible or liable in the event of failure or delay of third party companies in providing travel services to you where bookings have been processed properly by the operator. Neither does the operator, subsidiary or affiliate company accept any responsibility or liability for any acts or omissions of third parties in delivering these services to you. The operator, subsidiary or affiliate company shall not be or become liable to the maximum extend permitted by law for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages to property, lost profits or savings, loss of opportunity or damage of disappointment resulting from the foregoing cases of failure, acts or omissions of third party companies. Complains and comments can be directed to the Operator and will be forwarded to the respective third party on your behalf. You may also direct all form of feedback directly to the third party. The Operator or its Associate/s, whilst taking every care with passenger/s luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss, or inconvenience in the handling thereof. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however or by whom so ever caused and whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies or firms. That passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. 

All matters arising between the passenger and the Operator are subject to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The service of any IATA or non-IATA carrier may be used. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by the Operator are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, cruise lines or owners or contractors, and by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and ticket the purchaser agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither the Operator, subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from Acts of God, dangers, incident to the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery, or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays, or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the Operator’s control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents, and that neither the Operator nor any parent, subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the purchaser as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Consumer Claims
Should the unlikely situation arise that you have a complaint about any aspect of With U Travel arrangements, the complaint should be reported immediately to our office (where possible) or to the management of the hotel, ship or supplier whose services are involved, in order that opportunity may be given to correct the matter during travel. Should any difficulties not be resolved as they occur, all correspondence shall only be considered in writing, with supporting documentation, within 14 days of your return to Australia.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

Passport & Visas

Each person must carry a valid passport. Visas are the responsibility of each traveler, we urge you to check with all relevant consulates and embassies prior to travel. 

Department of Foreign Affairs We suggest that you check the latest Travel Advisories issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs at time of booking and prior to travel. 

We suggest that you check with the Department of Health for up-to-date information regarding vaccinations & inoculations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking you purchase a Travel Insurance policy of your choice. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following features: 

Loss of deposit through cancellation.
Personal baggage and loss of money.
Medical expenses.
Additional expenses to cover accommodation and repatriation to Australia should your holiday be extended or curtailed due to illness while overseas, or due to the need to return to Australia because of unexpected death or illness of a close relative. This feature should cover cancellation of transport services due to industrial action.
